Second problem with car has developed since getting it at the end of April. This time it’s the dashboard. I was driving along the other day and noticed all dashboard pointers were at zero. That revs, speed, temp and fuel. All at zero, even though at the time I was doing about 60 mph.
Once I got to my destination, which was only a 10 minute drive, I restarted the car and everything worked. Since then I’ve had no bother. Saying that, as car is still in warranty, and for safety and speed etc I have reported it to the dealers. I don’t fancy running out of fuel or being done for speeding etc.
I’m just waiting for a call to pick up car.
I will update once I have more news.

Today was a day I have been looking forward to for the last week, maybes longer. It was the day that we, as a family went for a drive to Whitley Bay. Not much new there but this time it was to vlog about my childhood area. Well some of it anyway.
Recently, as some of you will already know, things have been hard, what with my brother being terminally ill in hospital. Today was a day to take time out and chill. Even though I still couldn’t stop thinking about my brother lying there in his hospital bed, I still tried to enjoy myself. I found myself, occasionally ‘zoning’ out, which didn’t go unnoticed by Denise, my better half.
Anyway, this little excursion out was nice. It was sunny, but at the same time very windy. My flip cam microphone has picked it up. You can here more of the wind than my voice. I tried public vlogging. It was too busy but still a little nerve wracking.
When we got to Tynemouth for the coffee I had promised at Crusoes, which is literally on the beach, we were sat outside and got sand blasted by the clouds of sand blowing along the beach. The thing about this cafe is, no matter what the weather or time of year, it is always very very busy and seats are a premium. Still, we love sitting outside watch people on the beach with their dogs, and surfers etc. All nice relaxing fun.
So despite the weather, it was a nice afternoon.
Now for a bath to try and getthe sand out of all the nooks and crannies lol.
